• Content: Posts, captions, images, and videos you schedule through BuntingPost.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the app.
• Device information: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• Schedule and publish your social media posts
• Process payments and send billing communications
• Send product updates, security alerts, and support messages
• Improve and personalise the Service based on usage patterns

• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your social media content to train AI models without your explicit consent.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Scheduled post content is retained for 12 months by default. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from your account settings. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.3), access controls, and regular security audits. However, no system is 100% secure. Please use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication.
